A curious epdiemiology PhD student with a background in bioinformatics and physical chemistry. Experience in Python, R, SQL and LAMMPS. As a PhD candidate in the PersOn consortium, I am working on the project SPACE on dynamic longitudinal modelling for CDSS tools for stomach and prostate cancer patients.
